We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during this attempt due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
The product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the list of serviceable cities.

For Regular Cakes: Icing or decoration of cake may vary then actual image on website.
For Special Cakes: We will try to make exact design as shown in image. Still it may slight vary then the actual image depends on the city.
For Photo Cake: Design depends on the size and shape of the photo.
Upon receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it. Please allow it to come to room temperature before serving/eating.

We will try to deliver the product at the exact time every time. However, in case of inevitable circumstances, there might be a slight delay.
While placing the order, please mention your suggestions in the "Special Instruction" box.
Correct and elaborate Address (with landmark) and contact number of the recipient is a must while placing the order.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and time.
Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges.

We will replace a product with a manufacturing defect. Please let us know as soon as possible when you receive a defective product.
